Refund policy

At Timeless Treasures by Chaitra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 9 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Jewelry Returns: For hygiene and security reasons, only unworn jewelry in its original condition is eligible for return.

4. Clothing Returns: Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

5. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items, final sale products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refund/Exchange Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
